By using the INTNDED website or booking a consultation, you agree to these terms. INTNDED provides independent peer consulting and informational support for intended parents based on personal experience.

Services may help clients organize questions, understand general process considerations, prepare for appointments and travel, and navigate their own surrogacy journey. INTNDED is not a law firm, medical practice, immigration service, financial advisor, or surrogacy agency. No attorney-client, provider-patient, or agency relationship is created.

Information is general and based on personal experience. Clients are responsible for obtaining advice from appropriately licensed professionals and making their own decisions. INTNDED does not guarantee any legal, medical, immigration, financial, agency, pregnancy, birth, travel, or other outcome.

Appointments must be booked through the available scheduling links. A booking confirms the selected service and time. Clients should provide accurate information and should not submit unnecessary sensitive records.

Cancellations and rescheduling should be requested at least 24 hours before the appointment. Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. Any package expiration or refund terms shown at checkout apply to that booking.
